The Shop

MeowWowParty (meowwowmedia.com) is an individual-operated digital shop selling SVG art files. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Digital Products

All products are digital files delivered by download link after purchase. You are purchasing a license to use the file, not ownership of the underlying artwork. Files are provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to ensure files work correctly in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and standard vector software, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every application or hardware setup.

License Terms

Each purchase grants you either a Personal Use or Commercial License, selected at checkout. Full terms are on the License page. In summary: you may not resell, share, or redistribute the SVG file itself under any license. The Commercial License permits you to sell physical goods made using the design.

Intellectual Property

All original designs are the intellectual property of MeowWowParty. Some designs are adaptations of public domain artworks; the SVG interpretation and artistic decisions remain ours. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of design files is a violation of these terms and applicable copyright law.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store payment card information. Prices are in USD. All sales are final on delivered digital goods — see our Refund Policy for exceptions.

Limitation of Liability

MeowWowParty is not liable for any damages resulting from use of our files, including lost profits, failed projects, or equipment issues. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
