Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital goods.

Please review product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a design before buying, email us at meowwowparty@gmail.com and we will help you decide if it is right for your project.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

• The file you received is corrupted or fails to open
• You were charged but never received a download link
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same item

To report an issue, email meowwowparty@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We respond within 24 hours.

Wrong License Purchased

If you purchased a Personal Use license and need a Commercial License for the same design, email us. We will apply your original purchase as credit toward the upgrade – you only pay the difference.
