License Terms

Every design sold at MeowWowParty comes with your choice of license at checkout. Here is exactly what each one means.

Personal Use

For personal projects, gifts, and things you make for yourself.

YOU CAN

  • Use the design for personal crafts, home decor, clothing, and accessories
  • Make items as gifts for friends and family
  • Use the design in personal social media posts
  • Cut, print, and sublimate for your own use

YOU CANNOT

  • Sell physical or digital products made with this design
  • Use the design in any commercial or paid context
  • Resell, share, or redistribute the SVG file

Commercial License

For makers, crafters, and small businesses who sell what they make.

YOU CAN

  • Sell physical products made using this design (tumblers, shirts, mugs, stickers, prints, etc.)
  • Use the design for your Etsy shop, craft fair booth, or small business
  • Use the design in client work and commissioned pieces
  • Sublimate, cut, engrave, and print for sale – unlimited quantity

YOU CANNOT

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the SVG file itself (digitally or physically)
  • Claim the design as your own original work
  • Use the design in mass-production manufacturing (print-on-demand platforms with 500+ units requires a separate agreement – contact us)

Both Licenses

All licenses are single-user. Files are for the purchaser only and may not be shared. The commercial license covers unlimited production runs for the purchasing seller. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
